Blount County Republican Party to Host Candidate Forum

The Blount County Republican Party, in cooperation with the Blount County Young Republicans and the Blount County Republican Women, will be hosting a candidate forum for all Republican candidates seeking local office in the May 4^th primary elections.  The Forum will be held in the Sharon Lawson Room of the Blount County Public Library on Tuesday, March 30^th at 6:00 PM.  Mr. Duncan Crawford, a former Blount County GOP chairman, will preside over the forum and pose questions to each of the candidates in contested races.  Candidates running in uncontested elections will be given the opportunity to briefly introduce themselves and speak to the audience.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the forum.
