Tennessee Congressman Phil Roe Voices Health Care Concerns

WASHINGTON- As a former doctor, Tennessee freshman Congressman Phil Roe (R) knows a thing or two about health care.  However, as a Republican, he is finding it rather difficult to share his expert advice with his Democrat colleagues on the issue of health care reform.
